welcome to ham shack reviews my name is vince and today im going to show you how to take the wallet size portion of your license and how to shrink it down so you can get it laminated for your wallet so you got it here you name the file so you know where to find it and then you go and open a program called g-i-m-p and then itll have a number behind it mines 210 but im pretty sure thats outdated here it is on mine its got this big fox head but you cant see it all were going to do were gonna come way over here to the top left where it says file were gonna click file then were gonna come down till it says open click open and then we need to look for our file and downloads okay when you find it youre going to click on it then youre going to come down here and click open if its in a different format it will ask you if you want to import it you click that and there it is now what you can do if you want you come along the bottom here and youll see percentages right here it says
