well check the length of this line click on utilities now the length of this line is 1.2 I want to make it plain night click on scale select object enter and give the base point around which you want to change the scale then click on reference then specify the reference length you can give the reference length by typing or by clicking two points we will give it by clicking two points we will define the length by clicking this point and this point then you will have to specify the new Lane I want new length to be 0.9 give 0.98 now if we check the length the length change to point thats all thanks for watching we will stop

Select the row or rows that you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format. Under Cell Size, click AutoFit Row Height. Tip: To quickly autofit all rows on the worksheet, click the Select All button, and then double-click the boundary below one of the row headings.
If you enable wrapping, Shrink to fit will be disabled. In that case, youll still see Shrink to fit checked in the Format Cells dialog box, but it will appear grayed out. To disable Shrink to fit, youll need to temporarily uncheck Wrap text, then uncheck Shrink to fit. Then re-enable Wrap text.
On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format AutoFit Row Height: Tip. To auto fit all rows on the sheet, press Ctrl + A or click the Select All button, and then either double click the boundary between any two row headings or click Format AutoFit Row Height on the ribbon.
You may be unable to use the AutoFit feature for columns or rows that contain merged cells in Microsoft Excel. In addition, if the Wrap Text feature is also selected, text is not wrapped automatically.
Resize all rows or columns: Tap. in the top-left corner of the table, then drag a blue dot at the bottom edge of the table to resize rows; drag the dot on the right edge of the table to resize columns; or drag the dot in the bottom-right corner to resize both.

Change the row height to fit the contents Select the row or rows that you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format. Under Cell Size, click AutoFit Row Height.
To check this, go to File Options Advanced. Scroll down to the Editing options section and make sure Enable automatic resizing of cells is checked. If its not, check it and try double-clicking on a column header again. Hopefully one of those solutions solves your problem!
