Right click the chart title and click Font. Click the Font tab, and enter the new size in the Size box.
But if you want to resize the title of the chart, you cannot drag it to the size you want, and you need to select the tile text and change the font of the tile to meet the size you want.
To change the size manually, click the chart, and then drag the sizing handles to the size that you want. To use specific height and width measurements, on the Format tab, in the Size group, enter the size in the Height and Width box. .
