You can utilize the Image Fields in the DocHub editor, customize them, and set up .jpg as your preferred file format. When done, use the Prepare Sign Request button and add your recipients’ email addresses to send your document.
DocHub enables users to request specific image types to be enclosed to a PDF. The upload window shows the supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .gif, .svg, .tiff, and .webp. Choose a particular format or leave them all marked for more flexibility.
The platform displays an error message when recipients try to enclose an invalid image type to your PDF. Users will see a dialog window informing them of the image types allowed for uploading, and they will need to repeat their attempts.
Once the requested PDF is completed and finalized, you can access the embedded .jpg files via the Download or Export modal. To retrieve the content, opt for Exclude, Embed, Append, or Bundle in zip.

Attach or embed files To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. Browse to and select the file that you want to insert, and click Select on the Select File dialog. The following screenshot shows attached and embedded files in a source document:
In plain English, this means that multimedia content in PDF (e.g. movies that are meant to be rendered by the viewer) may be represented internally as an embedded file stream.
Simply visit the Acrobat online website and upload the files you want to merge. Reorder the files however you like and then click Merge files. After that, just download the merged PDF. This will combine all the JPGs-turned-PDFs into a single PDF you can easily share or view.
Open the PDF in Acrobat. Select Convert from the global bar. From the Convert menu in the left pane, select Image format, and then from the drop-down menu, select JPEG or JPEG 2000. Select Convert to JPEG or Convert to JPEG 2000.
What is an attachment in PDF/A? For some time now, it is possible to attach files to a PDF. You can see whether a PDF contains an attachment or not, by opening the file in PDF reader and to click on the paperclip button. There is for instance the possibility to attach Excel files to a PDF.
