welcome back to another of my docusan quick tips series videos and in this one youre going to learn how you can get a docHub field to automatically copy the data of another field [Music] sometimes youll want the data contained in one field to copy in other fields and this feature is called data replication so lets take this document as an example so im in a template and so you can see that on this document we are asking for the signer to provide their address and so weve got the address line one the city the state and the zip and so in this envelope or in this template weve got two documents weve got the one were looking at now and weve also got a w9 and so on this w9 the signer of the envelope will also need to provide their address which is just here so if you use that replication instead of asking your signers to enter the information in the w9 and in the bank form and you can get your signers to enter the information in one or the other and then the address will copy in

Copy cell formatting Select the cell with the formatting you want to copy. Select Home Format Painter. Drag to select the cell or range you want to apply the formatting to. Release the mouse button and the formatting should now be applied.
