The Find feature in long documents helps locate specific words or phrases by searching the document and displaying results in the left pane. Use arrows to navigate through instances of the word and Replace command to swap words or phrases. Click Find Next in the dialog box, then Replace or Replace All for automatic changes throughout the document. Be cautious when using Replace All.
