you can change an existing shape on a slide to a different one in the example slide there are five circle shapes with some text inside if you need to change the shape to a different one without impacting the text inside select the shape click on shape format then click on edit shape move the cursor to change shape then select the shape you want to change to you can see the shape is changed if you want to change multiple shapes at one time select the shapes by holding the shift key and clicking on the shapes you can see the shapes are selected now click on edit shape move the cursor to change shape and select the shape you want to change to you can see all shapes are changed to new shape if you liked this video please subscribe to our Channel
