Isnt it super straightforward? I think youre gonna be surprised. (upbeat music) Lets use these demo files to do some examples. First question, how do we get to the Find dialog box? We can go to Home, Find Select and click Find from here or we use the shortcut key Control + F. Youre probably familiar with the Find functionality, not just from Excel but also from other Office applications so Im not gonna bore you with that. What I just wanna show you are some additional options that can come in really handy in Excel and theyre hidden under these tab options. To change the font color of multiple cells, select the cells you want to change and press Ctrl+Shift+F. This shortcut will open the Font dialog box, where you can select the color you want. To change the font color of a range of cells, select the cells you want to change and press Ctrl+Shift+F.
To replace text or numbers, press Ctrl+H, or go to Home Editing Find Select Replace.
On the Alignment tab, in the Orientation box, enter a degree value or drag the indicator to the angle that you want. Note: A positive angle between 30 and 60 degrees usually works well. Under Horizontal alignment, select Center, and then click OK.
