Click on the Edit tab in the top menu. Select the Find and Replace option from the dropdown menu.
Press the keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+H or go to the Edit menu and select Find followed by Replace in the dropdown options. In the Find and Replace dialog box, enter the text or phrase you want to find in the Find field.
Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Add, replace, move, or resize images on the page using selections from the Objects list.
Choose Edit Find (Ctrl/Command+F). Type the text you want to search for in the text box on the Find toolbar. To replace text, click Replace With to expand the toolbar, then type the replacement text in the Replace With text box.
Start the docHub Acrobat application and open a PDF file using File Open. Select Plug-Ins Links Search and Replace Actions to open the Search And Replace Link Actions dialog. This operation has two different modes of operation.
How to replace text in PDF? Upload a PDF doc. Upload PDF document to replace text online. Search text in PDF. Search the content you will replace in PDF document. Replace text in PDF. Then enter the text you want to replace. After entering the text, press the Replace button. Start Replace Text in PDF.
Find and replace in comments Choose View Comments to display the Comments panel. Click on the Magnifying glass icon in the small toolbar inside the Comments panel. Enter the search phrase into the Find box. Click on Whole words if you need to match complete words and not fragments.
To add or edit text in a PDF that was made in an Office program like Excel or Publisher, start with the original Office file. Open that file in your Office program, make your changes, and then save the file in PDF format again. To convert a PDF and edit it in Word 2013 or newer, check out Edit PDF content in Word.
