Ctrl+R Replace Selected Text in a Single File. Ctrl+Shift+R Replace Selected Text in all Files (Be Careful while Using This)
Its Ctrl+Shift+F for find and Ctrl+Shift+R for Find and Replace. In Android studio, Edit -- Find -- Replace in path, this will check in whole project including comments and code. If you use refactor-rename for the name of the file, everywhere the file is used in your project the refactor will replace it.

Use find and replace in a document On your Android phone or tablet, open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap More. Find and replace. Type the word you want to find. Tap Search . To see every time the word is used, in the top right, tap the arrows. Replace a single word: Tap More. To return to the document, tap Done .
In Android Studio, On a Windows or Linux based machine use shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F to search any string in whole project. Its easy to remember considering Ctrl + F is used to search in the current file. So just press the Shift as well.
