Replace text or numbers with the Find Replace Press Ctrl+H or go to Home Find Select Replace. In Find what, type the text or numbers you want to find. You can further define your search: Within: To search for data in a worksheet or in an entire workbook, select Sheet or Workbook.
Right-click the item you want to change and input the data--or type a new heading--and press Enter to display it in the chart. To hide a category in the chart, right-click the chart and choose Select Data. Deselect the item in the list and select OK.
To change the format of chart text, select the text, and then choose an option on the mini toolbar that appears. Or, on the Home tab, in the Font group, select the formatting that you want to use.
On the Design tab, in the Type group, click Change Chart Type. In the Change Chart Type dialog box, click a chart type that you want to use. The first box shows a list of chart type categories, and the second box shows the available chart types for each chart type category.
Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK.
