in this video ill show you how to reorder or rearrange pages in a pdf file using docHub welcome to this video my name is david and i hope youre well wherever you are around the world so i have docHub robot pro dc open with a pdf i want to rearrange all we need to do here is you need to use the option called organize pages and if you cannot see it to your right lets assume this is closed down then you need to click on tools and then when you just check around here youll see the option called organize pages if you click on that there are a couple of options that you can do here so if you hover over this you can hold the left click and just move the page to where you want it to be so lets assume we want the last page to be the first page you can just take this bring it to the first section let it go so it has moved here and everything else takes the new number you can take this supposed page 3 which was actually page 2 and move it down to this particular section and it m

In docHub Pro, select the range of pages you want to renumber, then go to Options Page Labels to change the page numbering. In Preview for macOS, go to Settings PDF Use logical page numbers.
Click the Add Header Footer button on the toolbar to review the Create option. Click Create and a window named Create Header Footer Template will pop up. In the new window, you can choose the format as Insert Page Number, and set the layout and content.
Move pages in a PDF: Choose View Thumbnails or View Contact Sheet, then drag the pages to their new location.
Open PDFs and make notes with Preview. Select Tools. Select Annotate. Tap the text icon. Place your cursor on the PDF where you want to add new text. Type the text. Use the text icon to change the font, size, and style of the text.
Take these steps to split a PDF on your Mac using Preview: Open your PDF in the Preview app. Open the thumbnail view and select the page or pages you would like to separate. Drag and drop the pages to your desktop or to another folder.
Move your PDF pages around with these simple steps: In the Preview app, open the PDF you would like to change. Select View. Choose Thumbnails or View. Alternatively, you can also select Contact Sheet. Drag the pages to your new desired location for them. Your pages are now reordered and ready to go.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
Upload a PDF using the insert pages tool and sign in to Acrobat online. Use your cursor to select the desired insertion point and then select the file or files you want to add from the resulting dialogue box. Once the files are added, you can drag and drop the PDF pages to reorder them.
