Did you see the new order from the headquarters? They said they want to have our office location added to all our file names, and they want it done by the end of today. Oh, thats a lot of files, but wait, I know how to do that. Let me get started, get cracking. One hour later Wait, youre doing it manually? How else would I do that? So many ways, but not manual. You already have a great tool for that on your computer. Get out of the way, let me show you. Okay, so pay attention. The tool youre gonna use is called Power Automate for Desktop. Great news is that if you have Windows 11, its already pre-installed for you. If you dont have Windows 11, but you have Office 365, you just go to your office.com account, go to Power Automate, and it from there. With Power Automate for Desktop, you get to build simple to complex robots. This isnt a tool just for programmers, its a tool for noobs and pros, so yeah, you can use it too. Once you have it installed

The PDF document is encrypted with password protection. You may be using a PDF reader that only allows you to preview files, not edit them. The PDF was created using an outdated or ineffective program that makes editing the file difficult. The editing software you are using is too complicated.
There are four probable reasons why your PDF cannot be renamed 1) The file is still open with an application 2) the file is deleted or changed in another window 3) the file is being named too long or with characters that are not allowed 4) the file was made with a faulty application.
Most likely, you or another user on the network have a file or directory open, so Windows has it locked. Windows will release the lock when the file/directory gets closed. When a file is locked, Windows will also lock the whole directory. So you tend to see this most often with drawer/folder renames.
Open the PDF document in docHub Pro: Select File Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the documents Title entry.
