hi everyone its Marcy from Prints and paints today I wanted to quickly do a demonstration on swooshes I notice a lot of people struggle with these so I wanted to just show a quick basic how to so Im just using a basic acrylic paint Deco art this is from the brand Americana its gray I think its called zinc Im just doing this so that you can see the color on the white paper here so Im just going to add a tiny little bit and then Im also going to thin this out with some of this liquitex and this is matte fluid medium if you got gel this would thicken it up so remember if you want thicker paint either use it straight out of the bottle if its not thick enough use gel medium gel if you want it thinner use medium fluid okay so with this were just going to add Id say so if you have one part here youre going to want to do about a quarter of the part not much and then just uh get something to mix it with and then this should help thin out the paints good now
