Use the toggle switch to show or hide all comments. Alternatively, use Ctrl+Shift+8 (Windows) or Command+Shift+8 (Mac OS).
Simply open the PDF, pick Remove All Comments in Document from the Comments tool menu, and then save the document to remove the comments. You can delete comments from your PDF using the docHub Reader app if you have an Android or iOS device.
Follow the simple and easy instructions discussed here: Instructions: Open your PDF file. Move into the commenting option by clicking the Comment icon on the left toolbar first. Click the stamp and this opens a small panel where you need to click the Bin icon to delete the docHub stamp in your PDF.
To remove the notes open the document in either InCopy or InDesign (some later versions of Acrobat Professional can also remove notes) then click on the Notes menu and then select Remove All Notes. When you save the chapter back to the server the PDFs will no longer include the yellow sticky notes.
To remove timestamp info on the comments, one quick way is: Select all the comments in the Comment panel. Right click, choose PROPERTIES GENERAL AUTHOR. Type (or retype) your name there.
