In this tutorial, learn how to remove a password from PDF files using docHub Reader application. Simply open your PDF file, enter the password, go to File, and select Print (or use CTRL + P). Choose docHub PDF as your printer to export the PDF without the password. To remove the password from an existing PDF, go to File, Properties, and under Security, set the Security Method to No Security. Save your changes and that's it! How to open a password-protected PDF file in Android. Open the docHub Reader app. Navigate to the location of the PDF file on your Android device. Tap the PDF file. You will be prompted to enter the password. Type the password for the PDF and press OK. If the password is correct, the PDF file will open.
What do I do after uploading the PDF to Google Drive? Right-click on the uploaded PDF file, select Open with Google Docs. This will open the PDF file in Google Docs, which will automatically remove the password protection.
Download and the PDF Expert app from the App Store. Open the apps main menu, navigate to the Files Folder, and locate the PDF file. Tap the file, enter the password to unlock it. Click the three dots in the top-right corner, select Change Password, and choose Remove Password.
Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
Removing PDF passwords on an Android phone Use the PDF viewer you have on your phone to open your PDF. To access the file, enter the password. Tap the Menu icon in the viewer. Then, tap on Share and locate the Share icon and choose Print to PDF to save the file in that location without a password.
Tap on Security Settings or a related option from the menu that pops up. Look for the option to Remove Password within the security settings and click on it. docHub Reader will process your file and remove the password thereafter.
Google Chrome To remove the password in Chrome, do the following: Right-click the locked PDF in File Explorer and press Open with Chrome. Press the print icon in the top right corner of the PDF viewer. Select Save as PDF as the printer and press Print to save an unprotected copy.
Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
