If you are trying to edit a PDF and are being prompted for a password, there is a simple way to bypass this issue. Simply open the PDF with the Preview program instead of Acrobat, then save the PDF to be able to edit it without a password. It is a quick and easy solution to the problem without needing a password.

Remove a Password from PDF Login to docHub on desk top. Locate the lock icon, which will open Security Settings. In Security Settings, click Permission Details. A pop-up will appear titled Document Properties. Select No Security. See that the Security Method now states No Security. Success!
If you have the password and just want to save it as an unlocked . pdf, just open the password protected file (with the password) in Preview, choose Save, and change the name (dont select encrypt). The new . pdf file created should open without a password.
Convert PDF to PNG Mac Launch the Preview app from your Application folder. Open the PDF you wish to convert. Click File Export. Select PNG from the Format dropdown menu. Click Save.
