hey there welcome to phlearn and my name is aaron nace you can find me at phlearn.com where we make learning fun today im going to show you how to remove power lines from any photo in photoshop [Music] so heres our sample image and as you can see its a little bit busy with all these power lines in the background so lets go ahead and start removing them were going to do these simple ones that really arent covering up much first and then well do the more complicated ones so to start off with i want to go ahead and grab my lasso tool and im going to use the polygonal lasso tool this is going to allow me to create straight line selections so were going to go ahead and zoom in and click over here and basically i just want to select a little bit larger area than the power line or whatever you want to remove so were going to go ahead and click here now sometimes if youre zoomed in you cant see the rest of the image no big deal just hold down the space bar and then click and drag
