hi guys here I'm gonna show you how to quickly and easily delete all objects from a spreadsheet in Excel and that includes images shapes charts anything but essentially you have to go and individually select like these stupid little flags that got in here when I copy pasted things from Wikipedia so let's quickly go ahead and add a chart just to show you that and some shape okay yay now it's actually very easy to do this you want to go to what's called the selection pane and there are two main ways to get there from the Home tab we can go all the way to the right to find and select and click selection pane and you get this little dude that should pop up there we go or you can go to the page layout and selection pane you can also get there when you select these guys and go to their own little tabs that open but anyway once you get here you have a list of all of those things you can see the rectangle up here that we created the chart and all of these stupid little pictures they copy past...

Locate hidden cells Press F5 Special. Press Ctrl+G Special. Or on the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Find SelectGo To Special.
Locked Worksheet or Workbook Once you apply it, you cant insert a file into your Excel document. You can unlock specific cells before you protect your worksheet, but that may only allow you to enter text or calculations, not to insert a file. To regain file-insertion capabilities, turn off protection.
In the View Options dialog box, under the Objects section, click Hide all or Show all to hide or display all of the objects in the whole workbook.
Select File Options Add-Ins Excel Add-ins Go and then clear the check box for the add-in. If possible, remove password encryption from the file. If possible, remove restricted access.
Click anywhere in the table and then go to Table Tools Design on the Ribbon. In the Tools group, click Convert to Range. Right-click the table, then in the shortcut menu, click Table Convert to Range. Note: Table features are no longer available after you convert the table back to a range.
Deleting embedded charts is a simpler process. Place the mouse cursor over the charts border. Do not place it within the chart; this may select individual chart elements, such as the legend box or headings. Click the mouse. Press Backspace or Delete. The embedded chart will vanish from the worksheet.
You can also press Ctrl+Shift+F or Ctrl+1. In the Format Cells popup, in the Protection tab, uncheck the Locked box and then click OK. This unlocks all the cells on the worksheet when you protect the worksheet.
To remove a table but keep data and formatting, go to the Design tab Tools group, and click Convert to Range. Or, right-click anywhere within the table, and select Table Convert to Range.
On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format. Do one of the following: Under Visibility, click Hide Unhide, and then click Unhide Rows or Unhide Columns.
To open the Document Inspector, click File Info Check for Issues Inspect Document. The Excel Document Inspection window shown below opens up. Click Inspect to identify hidden content, and then click Remove All to remove the item of your choice.
