This tutorial shows how to delete comments, highlights, underlines, and other markings in a PDF file using the DocHub reader. You need to have DocHub reader on your computer and open the PDF file. The comments and markings are listed on the right side, arranged by page. Clicking on a marking will select it. To delete a marking, click the icon with three dots and then click "del."

Open the Preview app and launch your PDF file on it. Press Command + I to open the inspector menu. Click on the right-most Annotation tab to show all the markups on that window. Now, hold the Command key and select all the highlights in Preview, then hit the Delete button.
Just open Acrobat from any web browser and follow these simple steps: Single-click on the area of highlighted text you wish to remove. A small toolbox will appear with two options, allowing you to change the color of your highlight or delete the highlight altogether. To remove your highlight, click the trash can icon.
This might be belated, but in Preview you can go to Tools, Show Inspector. Click on the pencil icon all the way on the right to show the Annotations pane. Command + A to select all. Delete.
How To Remove Highlights From a PDF Open the PDF file with highlighted content in the PDF editor. Click on the highlighted area of text and choose Delete. If you have another highlight layer, click on it again and delete the rest. Edit the file as needed, and then download your file.

Select View Tab Highlight Fields from the menu. The same step will toggle the field highlights off.
Then please place your mouse on the last highlight comment and single click on it to make it to be selected, then keep pressing the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the first highlight comment to the last comment under Highlight in the comments panel, then you will find that all of the highlights are
Open the linked document in Preview. Click: Preview Tools Show Inspector. Click: Annotations Inspector. Click the Type column, so all the notes are at the top. Select all the notes, then press the delete key.
