Open the Preview app and launch your PDF file on it. Press Command + I to open the inspector menu. Click on the right-most Annotation tab to show all the markups on that window. Now, hold the Command key and select all the highlights in Preview, then hit the Delete button.
Step 1. Open your PDF in docHub Reader Left-click the highlighted line Hit the dustbin icon to remove the highlighter. Step 2. Navigate to the Save button Select a proper folder and save your new file in which the highlighters have been removed.
Select View Tab Highlight Fields from the menu. The same step will toggle the field highlights off.
How To Remove Highlights From a PDF Open the PDF file with highlighted content in the PDF editor. Click on the highlighted area of text and choose Delete. If you have another highlight layer, click on it again and delete the rest. Edit the file as needed, and then download your file.
Remove highlighting from part or all of a document Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the document. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
Step 2: Click on the Annotation icon in the left sidebar. Or you can right-click on the annotated text and select Manage. Step 3: Click on the Delete all annotations icon in the Annotation panel to remove all comments and other annotations from the PDF files.
