okay this is a very useful one than the I use a lot in spreadsheets and to be honest is something bad I wish Id knew a lot sooner than I then I did but as you can see here and column C has column a and B combined like here we got first name Timothy second name a INLA and you can see the concatenate commands up here and telling it which bits of data were looking for we dont want that anymore we actually want the output and we want just the text now this same process works for numbers or whatever the data is but basically youre wanting to remove the commands up here the formulas because if you alter something later or maybe delete these and for example of a delete Timothy from here it should affect theres no longer first name so we want to get rid of columns a and B I couldnt currently do it so what you do dragged all the way down right click copy right click paste and look for the little one with one two three thats values left click on it let go and as you can see all the the s
