okay so were going to remove all document properties and personal information this ones very quick and easy Im just going to click on the file tab from here Im going to click on another inspect presentation and inspect documents so when you need to remove all personal information its under inspect document so click on inspect document you want to make sure that document properties and personal information is checked click on inspect now you will see that there is some document properties and personal information youve got to click on remove all and then close and youre done

In PowerPoint (or Word) click on the File tab and select Options. In the Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation section disable the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK and then save your file, which will immediately remove the fonts from your presentation.
