how's it going this is robert here uh at a customer's house just looking into some cosmetic and should i say non-cosmetic damage uh some damage i can take down your door in the long run uh if you look at this panel here i don't know there's a dent here probably from a basketball or something along that size this is what we would consider a cosmetic dent it just causes the embossment to be pushed in it's not a structural area of the door per se you can take a piece of wood like a 2x4 and gently push that out it won't be perfect but it will cover the area in which to where it looks appealing again if you come over to this section of the door in between the two sections themselves there's a dent here and a dent below over time over wear and tear these two dents because of the integrity at these points can cause your door to crack if you catch it initially in the long run we can put a strut per se or something along those lines that can save your section that's something you'll want to do...
