Select the File menu tab and then select Info , if necessary. Select Check for Issues and then select Inspect Document . In the Document Inspector dialog box, check the boxes to inspect for certain data and then click Inspect . In the results, select Remove All to remove any found data.
In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Date and time check box. Click Update Automatically, and then choose the format you want from the list. Click Fixed, and then type the date and time that you want. Click Apply to All.
To delete the date: Go to File and select Print. At the bottom, click Edit Header and Footer. Even though Date and Time is not selected, it will still print out, so select Date and Time. Choose Fixed, and then delete all the text from the box. Click Apply to All.
Method 1: Open file Properties in Windows Explorer for Your file. Click Details tab. Click Remove Properties and Personal information. Now choose to Remove the following properties from this file, select which metadata to remove, press OK.
Click Remove Properties and Personal Information at the bottom of the Details section of the Properties dialog box. Click OK and Windows will create a copy of the PowerPoint file with all of the properties removed.
Identifying and Removing Metadata Right-click on the file. View its Properties. If there is metadata that you would like to remove, select the Details tab. Click Remove Properties and Personal Information.
In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Date and time check box. Click Update Automatically, and then choose the format you want from the list. Click Fixed, and then type the date and time that you want. Click Apply to All.
Edit Document Properties, and Personal Information To selectively edit or remove data, click File Info Properties. Click Show All Properties. Delete or edit information.
On the left-hand side of the PowerPoint window, click a slide thumbnail that you want to add bulleted or numbered text to. On the slide, select the lines of text in a text placeholder or table that you want to add bullets or numbering to. On the HOME tab, in the Paragraph group, click Bullets or Numbering.
Use the Document Inspector to Remove Hidden Data To open the Document Inspector, click File Info Check for Issues Inspect Document. The PowerPoint Document Inspection window shown below opens up. Click Inspect to identify hidden content, and click Remove All to remove the item of your choice.
