In this video tutorial, Muragan S explains how to fix the issue of the default PDF viewer changing to Microsoft Edge. The viewer is encouraged to open the Edge browser, go to settings, navigate to cookies and site permissions, and turn on the option to always download PDF files. To change the default app for opening PDF files, they should right-click the PDF file, select "open with," choose another app besides Edge, and check the option to always use that app for opening PDF files. The viewer is encouraged to like, share, and subscribe to Muragan S's channel.
