hi in this video Im gonna demonstrate how to change the comments name the author of the comments maybe you want to anonymize comments maybe doing a review of some document then this is the docHub version just for your reference okay so right so here I have the 28 comments and what Im going to do is Im going to select all of them by pressing the shift button and selecting top to bottom so theyre all selected now you just right-click anywhere and then itll bring up another window you can see here and then it says general and now you can just change that there we go and now you can say locked and then you can say okay now are there its changed all the names on all these comments so that effectively anonymizes that if you want to you can now resave the document thanks for watching chess
