Press Tab to play and pause the video, and Shift + Tab to rewind. Hover your mouse over the top left corner of the video where the dots are, and click and drag your mouse to resize it. In the syncing step, click and drag the bottom left dots to resize it. The top menu bar has a host of useful actions.
