Can password protected PDF be saved without password?

It is not possible to save a password protected file without a password with docHub Reader, you would require docHub to remove the password protection.

How do I password protect an existing PDF?

Open the PDF and choose Tools Protect Encrypt Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.

Can you bypass a password protected PDF?

Give the PDF file a new name if you want, select a location where you want to save the PDF, such as the Desktop, and then click Save. This will save the PDF file as an unprotected PDF file without any password. In this way, you remove the Permissions password from the PDF file.
