Its fairly well known that Warren G used the sample from Michael McDonalds 1982 hit song I Keep Forgettin (Every Time Youre Near) on his 1994 classic Regulate.
Warren Gs confesses hes a huge fan of the 80s western Young Guns -- after all, his hit song, Regulate, opens with a quote from the movie -- but we had no idea how deep his knowledge goes on the flick.
Speaking on the dialogue sample from the film Young Guns (1988) which opens the track, Warren G said it was one of [his] favorite movies at the time, and admitted to watching it on VHS two or three times a day.
