here is my mobile charger which i have recently bought from local store its rated 5 volt at 2.1 ampere today in this video i am going to show you how to make the output voltage adjustable so lets open it first if you want to make an adapters voltage adjustable then the circuit must have an optocoupler because without the optical plot the output voltage control is very complex here you can see the optical plot and here is the zener diode which controls the output voltage we need to change the output filter capacitor here you can see the output filter capacitor is dated 10 volt but today i am going to modify the circuit to go over 10 volt now removing the zener diode you can see its rated 4.7 volt connecting to 16 volt capacitor if you want the output to be 12 volt then use a 12 volt channel diode in place of 4.7 volt and the output voltage will be 12 volt very easy but if you want to make it adjustable then take one tl 431 sound regulator connect middle pin to the ground connect pi
