i have a couple of documents that i would like to register as deal journal entries instead of invoice cards and in order to do so i need to adjust my purchase category first so why dont we look at that in here i have three new themes in the bottom right corner journal templates section where i need to select the template the template name and the badge name and you can do a lookup scroll through lists or simply type in the number or name of the table that we would like to to to link to this category the reason why im doing this is that the category need to know where to put the data in what table do we want to add the transfer the same way that we appear with the transfer to value when we create header or line data purchase invoice purchase credit memos we fill in here the table name where do we need the data to be transferred to and thats the same whether were doing here which area of the business center and we want do we want to have the data placed in and that shows that genera
