How to search multiple PDF files at once on a Mac. Open docHub. Select Edit Advanced Search, or press Command+F. Select the option titled Look in. Choose an entire PDF Portfolio, index, or a location on your computer.

Import PDF data into Excel Open an Excel sheet. Data tab Get Data drop-down From File From PDF. Select your PDF file click Import. Youll now see a Navigator pane displaying the tables pages in your PDF along with a preview. Select a table click Load.
How to Convert PDF to Numbers Online? Drop the file to the PDF to Numbers Converter, or select file from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive. Select the output option, you can convert PDF into one Worksheet or different sheets in the output Numbers file.
After selecting the PDF file, click on the More button next to it. A dropdown menu will appear. From the dropdown menu, choose the Convert to NUMBERS option. This will initiate the conversion process.
If this is a single-page PDF, you can just drag and drop it in. Dont add it to a cell in a table though. Add it to the sheet outside of any tables. Then it is a graphical element that you can resize, just like an image or shape.
Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose spreadsheet as your export format, and then select Microsoft Excel Workbook. Click Export.
View PDF Metadata Mac Open your PDF file, and then click File Properties. A window will pop up. This window allows you to view the description, security, and initial views of the PDF document.
