In this video tutorial, the presenter explains how to clear system data storage on iPhone and iPad using three different methods. The first method involves removing social apps to free up storage space. By accessing settings, going to General, and clicking on iPhone storage, users can identify and delete apps taking up a lot of system data. The second method involves removing unwanted apps altogether. By uninstalling apps that are not frequently used, users can create more space on their devices.

The only way Ive found to clear that cache is by doing a full restore. Connect the phone to iTunes, save a local backup, download the IPSW iOS file and do a factory restore. Everything will be saved (photos, contacts, etc.) but apps are re-downloaded from scratch, so they go back to their usual, smaller sizes.
How to clear app cache for individual apps Navigate to your phones app list and tap on the Settings gearbox. Select General. Next, youll want to select iPhone Storage. Select the app with the cache you want to clear. Within the apps settings are various details about the app, including its size and usage.
So when you hit your profile on the app, hit the settings button at the bottom, then scroll down to clear local history and it should clear the cache.
Documents Data: Safari Offline Reading List, files stored within installed apps, and app content like contacts, calendars, messages, and emails (and their attachments). Other: Settings, Siri voices, system data, and cached files.
Clean up junk files on your iPhone by opening Settings General iPhone Storage. Open individual apps to delete downloads and data files. You can also uninstall and reinstall apps to clear your iPhones junk files and update your apps at the same time.
Documents and Data is made up of cached files and cookies (such as log-in data and preferences) and downloaded files like images and videos. These files are created and stored in order for the app to perform more quickly and efficiently for you on repeat visits to the app.
Solution is the same for any app: Uninstall and reinstall, this will clear the cache and reduce size of the app docHubly. Buy a phone with more storage in the future so you dont have to care.
