hi its robin theres a lot of times that i write a little program like print peak 56320 just to print the value of the joystick port for example and then i run it and make sure that i get a different value for each direction and for the fire button by the way thanks to my patron karsten levad for making me this pretty amazing joystick this custom build 3d printed seems like a beautiful joystick just received it ill probably look at it in more detail in a future video but rather than printing in decimal it would be helpful to me to print this in binary because rather than just you know seemingly a random series of numbers not actually random but then we could see the individual bits change like when you push up thats a difference of one and that would be the rightmost bit that would change from one to zero when you push up on the joystick and each of the four directions each have a bit 1 2 4 8 is their value and 16 when you press fire corresponding to 2 to the 0 all the way to 2 to t
