You need to make sure the folders you want to sync to and from your computer are enabled to sync in Box.com. Go to Box.com Find and click the file option button Properties Sync to Computer. 3) If you are still having issues syncing to and from your computer, please contact Box support for more help.
This red line is there because there are still changes in the document that need to be accepted (which can be minor changes like double spaces or a wrongly placed comma). Step 1: Go to the Review tab and click on Accept (Word 2019). Step 2: Click on Accept all changes and Stop Tracking.
Dots below text may indicate that text has been formatted as hidden. You can see the text because hidden text formatting is being displayed in Word. You can select the text and use Ctrl+Shift+H to toggle the hidden text attribute.

The red dot is an icon that Box Sync uses to let you know if an item is able to be synced. Right clicking on an item with this red icon will let you know the reason why it is not syncable. In this case, the reason is because the file is locked.
The little red dots (actually Microsoft says theyre purple) are called Smart Tags. You can hover the mouse pointer over them and a Smart Tag indicator (a small circle with a informational i within it) will appear to the side of the underlined text.
Red Dots. The colored round symbols used in the RedDot system to signify the state of different editable areas of the page. There are different red dots to open, close and edit a web page. Examples of red dots: Open the page for editing.
A red dot on a file or folder indicates that it is not selected for back up.
The cloud icon beside a file or folder indicates that the item is safely stored and up to date in Box. If you add or update a new file or folder in Box Drive youll notice it turns into a yellow syncing icon. Once the change has completely synced back to Box, the icon will reset to the blue cloud.
In Word, these markers indicate the ends of paragraphs, and are created when you press RETURN at the end of a line. You will also see other characters which are normally invisible, such as spaces, which appear as dots between words and tabs, which appear as tiny arrows.
