Working with text in PowerPoint is easy. Its similar to working in a word processing program like Microsoft Word, so the experience should be pretty familiar to you. Find a word or phrase in your PowerPoint presentation and replace it with another word or phrase by following these steps. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, choose Replace.
