In this video tutorial, we learn how to disable PDF printing. To protect a document, open Windows Explorer and locate the PDF file, then right-click and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the Printing and Viewing tab, ensure the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon. This effectively prevents printing using shortcuts like Ctrl+P.
