this is Darius from the rabbitpad.com and in this video Im going to show you how you can redact or hide text inside of your PDFs using Apples preview please make sure that you click that subscribe button and that notification Bell so that you can be notified when I publish videos in the future here I have a PDF using Apples preview and lets suppose I want to hide certain parts of the document so that when other people see it they wont see that information this is how you do that youre going to look toward the upper right hand corner of the screen and click the markup toolbar and that is a picture of a pen or a marker with a circle then when you click that youre going to look for the black box that is colored in and this is the redact tool when you click on that youre going to get a warning telling you that once you redact text and close the document that information is gone forever click OK if you agree with that and now you can start redacting or hiding information lets suppo

Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then do one of the following: Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, and choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
