From the Home tab, select Document Assembly. All the pages in the PDF will appear as thumbnails. Drag and drop the pages you want to reorder from the end of the document to the front. Exit document assembly, and save your re-ordered document as a copy or replace the original.
After Acrobat uploads the file, sign in. Select the page thumbnail you want to move. Drag and drop it into a new location. Click Save.
How to edit a PDF on Chromebook. Use any browser to access Acrobat online and navigate to the edit PDFs service. Drag and drop your file into the drop zone or click Select a file to upload the PDF you want to edit. Youll be prompted to sign in to edit online. Make any edits directly to the document.

Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
