hello everyone in this video I am going to show you how to chain sequence number in less than ms word so sometimes you want to change their usual sequence number like let us say I am having a list in this list I want to change these numbers so how to do that just select it and so in case if you want to change all of them or you want to change a particular one so after selecting it just make a right click and go to numbering and here you will find set numbering value so in this one so when you set a numbering value so it will set only for a particular item for say I want to change this number following I will go to numbering set number value and I will make it let us say 1 0 1 so if you can see the following automatically will follow this number so these list item oughta maybe start from 1 0 1 so in case if you want to change them as well so you need to do it for them so again numbering set numbering value and lets say now I want to go to 0 2 so similar manner you can change for this

Word can sort alphabetically, as well as numerically and by date. If you format your list into a bullet or numerical list prior to the sort, Word will sort the data and retain the list format. Word can also sort data in tables, with the flexibility to choose the column of data on which to base the sort.
You can also reorder PDF pages using the Tools tab at the top of the screen. In the tab, click the Organize Pages option to reveal all the pages of your document. Then, click and drag them to where you want them to be.
Right-click on a folder and select Sort Documents to sort documents inside the folder by document number.
Simply drag and drop PDF pages to reorder them. You can also rotate a selected page to landscape or portrait mode by clicking the rotate clockwise or rotate counterclockwise icon. To delete a page, select it and click the trashcan icon.

To sort on a second column, select Then by and select another column. Select Ascending or Descending. To keep the header row at the top of the table, select Header row. Select OK.
Open Acrobat to combine files: Open the Tools tab and select Combine files. Add files: Click Add Files and select the files you want to include in your PDF. You can merge PDFs or a mix of PDF documents and other files.
