Step 1: Export Comments From PDF Documents Using Acrobat To open the comments list, choose Tools Comments. Comments list will be opened, select the comments that you want to export. From the options menu, select Export Selected To Data File. Name the Data file and select Acrobat FDF Files (.

Switch from view to edit mode: You can switch from document view mode to edit mode to add comments. Click the Options menu () in the toolbar, and then click Edit Add Comments.
To view comments on a PDF in Android, you can follow these steps: Download a PDF viewing app like UPDF if there is no built-in viewer. Open the document and tap on the comment button. Now you can see all the comments.
View comments Choose Tools Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane. Using the Options menu at the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
After opening the PDF, move your eyes to the top right of the three dots on the function button, click on it, and select Annotations to see the comments in the PDF logo. The difference with other viewing methods is that you need to move the mouse to the comments logo to see the full comments.
View all the notes in a PDF: Choose View Highlights and Notes (so the Highlights and Notes menu item has a checkmark next to it). All the notes in the document are displayed in the sidebar.
