In the Display name box, type the text that you want to display for this entry, and then click OK. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for each entry that you want to add to the list box.
Type * (asterisk) to start a bulleted list or 1. to start a numbered list, and then press Spacebar or the Tab key. Type some text. Press Enter to add the next list item.

Under Insert controls, click Multiple-Selection List Box. If you cleared the Automatically create data source check box in step 3, select a repeating field in the Multiple-Selection List Box Binding dialog box to which you want to bind the multiple-selection list box.
If you want to make any changes to the drop-down box, just select it while in Developer Mode and click Properties again. Select Content control cant be deleted to ensure readers cannot delete the drop-down box or its options.
