When you share an Excel file with other users, you may want to protect a worksheet to help prevent it from being changed. Right click a worksheet tab. Click Protect Sheet. Enter a password. Check the actions you allow the users of your worksheet to perform. Click OK. Confirm the password and click OK.
If you want the row and column headers always visible when you scroll through your worksheet, you can lock the top row and/or first column. Tap View Freeze Panes, and then tap the option you need.

Excel normally allows users to change worksheet names, as desired. If you dont want them to change, the only way to prevent it is to lock the workbook. You can take these steps: Click Tools | Protection | Protect Workbook.
