although it is impossible to actually increase the size of the resolution of an image after you have taken the picture we can fake it right in Photoshop now theres a new technology in Photoshop to fake it better and let me show you how that works so first of all update your Photoshop to the latest version if youre a Creative Cloud member this feature is only available in docHub Photoshop CC and not in previous versions like cs6 so if youre a CC member just update your Photoshop then what you need to do lets have a look at this image first lets have a look this is what five hundred by three three three pixels very small image its not pretty much usable but in case you have to use it and you have to enlarge it heres how you usually do it right you go to image and then image size you kind of increase it for example lets increase it to four thousand lets have a look at the preview this just doesnt look right this looks fake right even if you try to change to like bicubic smoother

One way to do this is to use a program like Photoshop. With Photoshop, you can resize an image without losing quality by using the Image Size dialog box. In the Image Size dialog box, you can change the width and height of the image. You can also change the resolution.
The easiest method is to use Alt codes. If your keyboard has one, hold down the ALT key while pressing the sequence 0169. Put another way, the Alt code keyboard shortcut for the copyright symbol is ALT+0169.
Registering your image with the US Copyright Office isnt a necessity. But we highly encourage it because registering proves that you own the picture in question. In legal cases, this serves as evidence. Furthermore, if you sue and do not register, you are only entitled to actual damages.
You can use Ctrl + Alt + C to create the copyright symbol in Windows and Option + C to create it on OS X on Mac. Certain word-processing programs, such as MS Word and OpenOffice.org, automatically create the symbol when you type ( c ). You can copy it and paste it on the photo in the image-editing program.
