He starts by introducing the PDF file he will be working with, which was created in a previous tutorial where he explained how to password protect a PDF file without using DocHub Robot Pro DC. The goal is to limit the permissions of the document, preventing anyone from copying, editing, or printing it. David demonstrates by opening the PDF file in Microsoft Edge and pointing out the icons and functionalities available. He mentions that you can print the document from here, but cancels the action. He also demonstrates that it is possible to copy text or information from the document. The tutorial ends at this point.
