in this example I have a directory called proofs and inside this directory there are four PDF documents each of them have a lot of comments so this document has 54 comments and all the other documents have a lot too I think this one has maybe over a 100 note that Im using docHub the 2015 release in this particular version now the comments of course are all from different authors what I would like to do is can hear my baby in the background merge these 96 comments into this document so that 96 plus 54 I have about 150 documents uh comments and I want all the comments to be in this file um but I want to see that who the the what authors the comments are from so I basically want to merge these documents together the document is the same the comments are different uh okay so to do that Im going to close file number two and from file number number one in the comments menu uh which in my case I access by saying tools and comment um there are different docHub layouts so
