This video demonstrates how to add a "Do Not Distribute" watermark to a PDF using Safeguard PDF Security. The watermark is permanent and cannot be removed in a PDF editor. Safeguard also allows other controls to prevent unauthorized distribution, such as disabling copying, pasting, editing, printing, and sharing. To add the watermark, open Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the Writer window, select the "View Watermarks" tab, add text watermark, remove existing text, enter "Do Not Distribute," adjust font size to 28, and change the color to red.
