How to watermark a PDF using docHub Open your document in docHub and click Edit PDF in the sidebar. Editing a PDF to insert a watermark. Click Watermark in the top toolbar and then select Add Select your watermark formatting options and press OK Save and/or print your watermarked document.
In docHub, you can disable copy paste by applying password protection and PDF restrictions to a PDF file. To do this, in the permissions settings check the box Restrict Editing and un-check Enabling copying text. Then save the PDF file.
With the PDF opened in your browser, you can use quick keyboard shortcuts: Just select your text by highlighting it with your mouse. Then use CTRL + C (on Windows) or Command + C (on Mac) to copy text. Finally press CTRL + V (on Windows) or Command + V (on Mac) to paste the text where you want it.
Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect. Select whether you want to restrict editing with a password or encrypt the file with a certificate or password. Set password or security method as desired. Click OK and then click Save.
How can I protect PDF files with a password? Use the file selection box at the top of the page to select the PDF files you want to protect. Adjust the security settings and enter your password. Create the protected PDFs by pressing the corresponding button.
The Permissions setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent the text and graphics from being copied from the PDF file, uncheck the Allow text and graphics to be copied option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled.
You can protect your Word file from copying and pasting by using the following steps: Open the Word file that you want to protect. Select the text that you want to protect from copying and pasting. Click on the Review tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen. Click on Restrict Editing in the Protect group.
