How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.

Using , you can easily delete pages from any PDF document. To get started, upload the document to your account, open it in the editor, and click PAGES on the left to open the navigation pane. To delete a page, select its thumbnail in the navigation pane and click the trash can icon above.
No matter what order you upload your documents, as long as you have not yet sent the envelope, you can rearrange the order. From the Prepare view - In the Add Documents section, click anywhere on the thumbnail image of the document you want to move, and drag the file into the desired position.

Click the Rearrange Pages button in the editor. (Hint: it looks like a page with a gear.) From there, select the page you want to move. Once selected, click the left arrow to shift the page to the left, or the right arrow to shift it to the right.
How to edit a PDF document using the editor: Upload your template to the uploading pane on the top of the page. Select the Move Text Field feature in the editors menu. Make the necessary edits to the document. Click the Done button in the top right corner. Rename your document if its needed.
You can also reorder PDF pages using the Tools tab at the top of the screen. In the tab, click the Organize Pages option to reveal all the pages of your document. Then, click and drag them to where you want them to be. When your document is correctly ordered, save the PDF.
Method 1: Change Document Permissions If you know the permissions password, you can change the document permissions. Go to Document Properties (File - Document Properties), select Security and click Edit button, make sure Allow Document Assembly is checked. Save the document and try to re-arrange document again.
